  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Refrigeration Mentor Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of geographic location. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our website and services.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under the Arbitration Act (Ontario).

By purchasing or accessing content, you waive any rights to file claims under the consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction, including but not limited to any U.S. state laws, EU member state laws, or other foreign jurisdictions.

  1. Digital Products & Course Access
  • All training materials, videos, downloads, and content are the intellectual property of Refrigeration Mentor Inc.
  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional development only.
  • Unauthorized resale, sharing, copying, or public distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
  • Access to any product may be suspended if we detect any violation of these terms.
  1. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals
  • Prices are listed in CAD or USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Memberships automatically renew unless canceled 5 business days prior to renewal.
  • Refund requests must follow the rules outlined in our Refund Policy.
  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase within 24 hours.
  • Technical issues caused by Refrigeration Mentor that cannot be resolved within 5 business days.
  • Course cancellations by Refrigeration Mentor.

Refunds will not be issued:

  • After 7 days from purchase.
  • If more than 25% of course content has been accessed.
  • Due to failure to complete the course or a change of mind.

  1. Technical Training Disclaimer

Our training is educational only and does not substitute for government-mandated licensing, safety certification, or manufacturer-approved training. Technicians must ensure:

  • Compliance with all relevant safety laws and codes.
  • Adherence to equipment manufacturer requirements.
  • Proper application of skills in the field.

Refrigeration Mentor Inc. is not liable for any injury, property damage, equipment failure, or financial loss arising from improper use of training materials.

  1. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using this site, you consent to the processing of your data.
