Is this training virtual, and will I get access to a recording?
Yes! The program is delivered live online in a virtual classroom. If you can’t attend a session, recordings will be available so you can watch and review at your own pace.
What does the program include?
You’ll get 8+ hours of live training, 5+ hours of supporting videos and resources, one-on-one mentorship with Trevor Matthews in a group setting, deep dives into servicing rack systems, and 16 hours of NATE continuing education credits.
Who is this program designed for?
It’s aimed at refrigeration technicians and professionals who already have some supermarket or industrial refrigeration experience and want to deepen their knowledge of CO₂ (transcritical booster) systems — including service, maintenance, troubleshooting and oil-management systems.
Do I get a certificate of completion?
Yes. After completing all sessions, quizzes, and the final assessment, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion from Refrigeration Mentor.
Does this training replace an HVAC license or formal certification?
No. This is professional development training only. It’s meant to boost your skills and confidence but does not replace local licensing or certification requirements.
